Lauren Cuenca

Hi! My name is Lauren Cuenca, a storyboard artist and character designer born and raised in Los Angeles!

 

I fell in love with animation at a young age, the "How It's Made" DVD extras on Disney's Princess and the Frog opening my eyes to the world of storyboarding and the animation pipeline. I always had a passion for storytelling and loved making people laugh, which made the arts a natural outlet.​​

In my free time, I like to engage with other people's stories. Film, television, games, comics, fine art, I love it all! I'm always down to visit museums and learn something new, and most weekends you can catch me going through "100 movies to watch before you die" lists for a movie to rope my friends and family into watching with me.

 

I still haven't seen Fight Club though, everyone I ask about it is really dodgy.
